64 bit and DirectX 10

I've heard that the next version of Windows will come only in 64-bit
versions. That means everything should move on to 64 bit. I've
searched Google and found that there is "NO" plan to develop 64bit
managed DirectX, but if there's no 32 bit Windows in the future,
shouldn't 64 bit managed DirectX come out sooner or later?

And what about DirectX 10 support?

DirectX is exposed through native APIs. "Managed DirectX" is dead and
has been for some time. The managed API for graphics/games from
Microsoft is the XNA Framework. You can write your own managed wrapper
and compile it 64-bit aware, but I would just use SlimDX instead of
writing my own. <http://slimdx.mdxinfo.com/>.

What about it? Its Vista (and beyond) only.
